2. Services

DeconSystems provides Discord server setup, bot integration, automation, moderation systems, ticket systems, verification systems, onboarding systems, hosted Discord bot services, and related community infrastructure solutions.

3. Eligibility & Discord Compliance

Users of our Services must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where Services are misused.

4. Bot Access & Permissions

Certain features require specific Discord permissions to function, including moderation actions, role management, ticket creation, verification, and logging.

Server owners are responsible for granting appropriate permissions and understanding how the bot operates within their server.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins unless otherwise stated. Work may be paused, withheld, or terminated if payment is not received according to agreed terms.

Payments for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, Discord outages, third-party issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Data & Privacy

Use of our Services may involve processing certain Discord-related identifiers and operational data necessary for service functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeconSystems shall not be liable for:

• - Unauthorised access caused by poor server security
• - Moderation actions taken using configured tools
• - Indirect or consequential losses

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DeconSystems retains ownership of proprietary software, systems, templates, automation logic, and hosted bot infrastructure.

Clients retain ownership of their own branding, assets, and server content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at our own discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
